Will is the CEO of Tigerville Industries with over eighteen years of private equity and M&A experience completing over $10 billion in transactions. Prior to founding Tigerville Industries, Will was a Managing Director at CCMP Capital Advisors, an upper middle market private equity firm focused on industrial, consumer, and healthcare businesses. Prior to CCMP Capital, Will was a Principal with HM Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on buyouts and buy & build transactions. Will began his career in the M&A group of Lehman Brothers. Will graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
